What's the difference between Type 1 and Type 2 EV Chargers?
Electric cars have either a Type 1 or Type 2 socket for charging. For compatible charging, you need the corresponding charging point and cable.
Type 1 and Type 2 EV chargers differ in their pin design, regional use, and charging speed. In the UK, most EVs and their chargers are Type 2, as this is the standard.

What's the difference between Tethered and Untethered EV Charger?
A tethered electric vehicle charger has the cable attached. On the other hand, an untethered car charging point has a detachable cable.
