- Up to 15 metres of cable, run and neatly clipped to the wall between the electricity supply meter/distribution board and the charge point.
- Routing of the cable through a drilled hole in a wall up to 500mm (20 inches) thick if this is needed.
- The fitting and testing of electrical connections and protections required for the charge point.
- An additional three-way consumer unit, if required
- Installation of a Type A RCBO in an RCBO enclosure
- Up to 3 metres of plastic trunking to conceal interior wiring.
- An O-pen earth protection device if the charge point requires it.
- Up to 4 hours of labour from your installer to complete the work.
- Electrical testing of the whole installation.
- Handover and setup of the charge point and any app that may be needed.

The VCHRGD Seven comes in either a tethered or untethered form.
Is the Seven Type 1 or Type 2?
The VCHRGD only comes with either a Type 2 connector for the tethered unit or a Type 2 socket for the untethered version.
What size cables are available?
No cable is needed for the untethered VCHRGD as you use your own charging cable, but a 5 m cable is available for the tethered version.
What is the maximum power output?
The maximum power output of the VCHRGD Seven is 7.4kW (32A) – the highest-rated power output available on a single-phase electricity supply.
Does the Seven come in different colours?
Unfortunately not. It only comes in midnight black.
Is the VCHRGD Seven solar-compatible?
Yes, the VCHRGD Seven is solar-compatible. A CT clamp is installed at the point of installation so you can use solar panels to top up your electric car battery.
Is there a 22kW version?
Yes, there is a 22kW version of the VCHRGD Seven. However, the 22kW VCHRGD is focused on commercial EV charger installations rather than domestic ones.

What are the dimensions?
