How do you charge your electric car with Fastned?

1. Find your pit stop – or, more specifically, an EV charger near you
2. Plug in and power up – Park in the bay and plug in using the correct charging connector
3. Choose your charging method – app, contactless card or RFID card. You decide.
4. Start your charge – Use the screen or the app, depending on your charging method, to start the charging session
5. Hang your cable and drive on – Once charged, press stop on the screen to end the charging sessions. Make sure you tidy up your cable too. Whether this be your boot with a socketed cable or looping your cable around the charging station – leave the charging station as you would want to find it.

How much does it cost to charge with Fastned?

How fast do Fastned chargers go?

Think fast. Across the UK, Fastned offers a variety of super fast charging stations. These rapid and ultra-rapid charging stations range from 50kW to the highest possible rate of 400kW. Most commonly, Fastned chargers are 300kW.

This means, you can get 300 miles of range in just 20 minutes with certain chargers. Now that’s speedy charging.

Which cars can use the network?
